Abstract
Vitamin C is a good for the bones. Drinking orange juice or having an orange for snacks is known to help your bones almost a hundred percent. An experiment was done by a hundred men, fifty who drank orange juice everyday atleast one glass and the other fiffty drank water atleast one glass. Two men dropped out due to the fact they were allregic to orange juice. At the end of the experiment the results shown that the 48 men who drank orange juice everyday, their bones got stronger compare to the men who drank water
